摘　　要：目的观察柴胡疏肝汤治疗缺血性脑卒中后抑郁的临床效果。方法从医院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的缺血性脑卒中后抑郁患者中随机抽取80例作为研究对象。患者分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组接受西药常规治理,观察组接受柴胡疏肝汤治疗,所有患者均治疗2个月。对两组患者治疗后焦虑抑郁程度、血清神经递质水平、患者运动功能恢复状况(FMA)、日常活动能力(MBI)、不良反应发生率进行比较。结果观察组患者治疗后在运动功能评分,日常活动能力评分均高于对照组患者。且观察组焦虑抑郁缓解程度比对照组更明显(P<0.05),有统计学意义。两组在治疗前的血清DA、5-HT、NE水平无统计学差异(P>0.05),经治疗后均升高,且观察组的血清DA、5-HT、NE水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床缺血性脑卒中后抑郁患者治疗中,柴胡疏肝汤能有效的帮助患者调节神经递质的表达,恢复运动功能和日常活动能力,且患者焦虑抑郁情况在治疗后明显减轻,用药安全性高。所以此方法非常值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan decoction(柴胡疏肝汤)on depression after ischemic stroke.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital,80 patients with post-ischemic stroke depression were ran⁃domly selected as the research object.Patients were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine western medicine treatment,and the observation group received Chaihu Shugan decoction treatment,all patients were treated for 2 months.The degree of anxiety and depression,serum neurotransmitter level,motor function recovery(FMA),daily activity(MBI)and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared after treatment.Re⁃sults the scores of motor function and daily activity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.And the degree of anxiety and depression in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0􀆰05),the data was statistically significant.The levels of serum DA,5-HT,and NE of the two groups before treatment were not statistically dif⁃ferent(P>0􀆰05),and they all increased after treatment,and the levels of serum DA,5-HT,and NE of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0􀆰05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0􀆰05).Conclusion Chaihu Shugan Decoction can effectively help patients to regulate the ex⁃pression of neurotransmitters,restore motor function and daily activities,and the anxiety and depression of patients can be signif⁃icantly reduced after treatment.Medication High security.So this method is very worthy of clinical application.
