摘  要:目的观察理宫毓麟汤对薄型子宫内膜不孕症的治疗效果并初步探讨其作用机制。方法将80例薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者随机分为对照组(40例,给予戊酸雌二醇治疗)和观察组(40例,给予理宫毓麟汤联合戊酸雌二醇治疗),疗程为3个月经周期。治疗结束后,比较两组患者子宫内膜厚度与形态、血流动力学、生殖内分泌、血管内皮生长因子及受体、脑源性神经营养因子。并在治疗结束后随访一年,统计两组患者的妊娠率。结果治疗结束后,观察组患者子宫内膜厚度与形态、血流动力学、生殖内分泌、血清中血管内皮生长因子及受体含量,以及妊娠率均优于对照组。结论理宫毓麟汤联合戊酸雌二醇治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症临床疗效较好。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Ligong Yulin Decoction(理宫毓麟汤)on thin endometrial infertility and preliminarily explore its mechanism of action.Methods Eighty patients with thin endometrial infertility were randomly divided into the control group(40 cases,treated with estradiol valerate)and the observation group(40 cases,treated with Ligong Yulin Decoction combined with estradiol valerate).The course of treatment was 3 menstrual cycles.After treatment,the endometrial thickness and morphology,hemodynamics,reproductive endocrine,vascular endothelial growth factor and receptors,and brain-derived neurotrophic factor were compared between the two groups.After treatment,the patients were followed up for one year,and the pregnancy rates of the two groups were counted.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness and morphology,he⁃modynamics,reproductive endocrine,serum vascular endothelial growth factor and receptor levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion Ligong Yulin Decoction combined with estradiol valerate has a good clinical effect in the treatment of thin endometrial infertility.
