摘  要:采用有限元方法对SJ低温干馏炉的燃烧特性进行数值模拟,研究进口温度对干馏炉内压力场和温度场分布规律的影响。研究结果表明:进口温度不同,炉内的压力场和温度场分布不同。随着进口温度的升高,干馏炉出口处和壁面附近处压力逐渐降低,炉腔内部压力总体减小,并且干馏炉出口处和壁面附近处温度较大幅度增高,炉腔内部温度总体升高。The finite element method is used to numerically simulate the combustion characteristics of the SJ low-temperature dry distillation furnace,and the influence of the inlet temperature on the pressure field and temperature field distribution in the dry distillation furnace is studied.The research results show that when the inlet temperature is different,the pressure field and temperature field distribution in the furnace are different.With the increase of the inlet temperature,the pressure at the outlet of the furnace and the vicinity of the wall gradually decreases,and the pressure inside the furnace cavity decreases overall.Meanwhile,the temperature at the outlet of the furnace and the vicinity of the wall increases greatly,and the temperature inside the furnace cavity increases overall.
