普通镁质浇注料原料优化配置的试验研究

摘　　要：采用棕刚玉、中档镁砂、电熔镁砂等为主要原料,设计5组配方,按照浇注料制备工艺制成试样并分别进行性能表征。以中档镁砂为骨料,通过加入棕刚玉优化配置制备镁质耐火浇注料试样。通过检测试样的高温抗折强度、常温性能、1550℃烧后性能、热膨胀和抗渣渗透性等性能优选最佳试验方案。结果表明:随着棕刚玉加入量增加,镁铝尖晶石的生成量增加。加入棕刚玉细粉的试样体积密度较大,显气孔率较小,强度较大。1000℃时高温抗折强度均较高,在1200℃时,水化产物分解和少量液相的生成削弱了骨料和基质之间的结合强度,强度降低。1400℃时低熔点物相生成并转变为大量液相,强度大幅度降低。加入5%的棕刚玉且粒度为1~0.2 mm的镁质浇注料抗渣渗透性等综合性能最好。Brown corundum,mid-grade ma gnesia,and fused magnesia were used as the main raw materials,and 5 groups of formulations were designed.Samples were made according to the preparation process of castables and their properties were characterized respectively.The magnesia refractory castable samples were prepared by adding brown corundum,which was to optimize the configuration,with mid-grade magnesia as the aggregate.By testing the high temperature flexural strength,normal temperature performance,1550℃after-burning performance,thermal expansion and slag penetration resistance of the samples,the best test plan was selected.The results show that the amount of magnesia-aluminum spinel formed increases with the increase of the amount of brown corundum.The sample added with brown corundum fine powder had higher bulk density,lower apparent porosity has higher strength.At 1000℃,the high-temperature flexural strength is higher.At 1200℃,the decomposition of hydration products and the formation of a small amount of liquid phase weaken the bond strength between the aggregate and the matrix,and the strength decreases.At 1400℃,the low melting point phase is formed and transforms into a large amount of liquid phase,and the strength is greatly reduced.The magnesium castable added with 5%brown corundum with a particle size of 1-0.2 mm has the best comprehensive properties such as slag resistance and permeability.
