摘  要:由三根电极的普通交流电弧炉发展为超高功率(UHP)及一根电极的直流(DC)电弧炉,炉体结构有一些改变。针对各部位的损毁因素,内衬用的耐火材料也有所发展。例如普通电弧炉的炉顶用高铝砖、炉墙镁砖砌筑,而UHP及DC电弧炉采用大面积水冷炉顶、炉墙,炉顶三角区采用刚玉浇注料或预制件,炉墙用镁碳砖,蚀损严重部位采用喷补作业。还介绍了日本等一些国家DC和UHP的各种炉型用耐火材料。From the ordinary AC arc furnace with three electrodes to the ultra--high power(UHP)and one electrode direct current(DC)arc furnace,the furnace structure has some changes.According to the damage factors of various parts,the refractory materials used in the lining are also developed.For example,the roof of ordinary electric arc furnaces is built with high-alumina bricks and magnesia bricks for furnace walls,while UHP and DC electric arc furnaces adopt large-area water-cooled furnace roofs and furnace walls,and corundum castables or prefabricated parts are used in the triangle area of the furnace roof.Magnesia-carbon bricks are used for furnace walls,and gunning is used for severely damaged parts.Refractory materials for various furnace types of DC and UHP in Japan and other countries are also introduced.
