摘　　要：介绍了航空锻造零件热处理用的基于旋转装取料的立式淬回火生产线的结构特点、设计方案及使用状况,重点介绍装取料操作机、立式淬火加热炉、淬火油槽、清洗槽和立式回火炉的设计及其特点,总结了航空锻造零件热处理生产线的使用效果及其在技术上的应用价值。The structural characteristics,design scheme and application status of the vertical quenching and tempering production line based on rotary charging and reclaiming for the heat treatment of aviation forging parts are introduced,with emphasis on the design and characteristics of charging and reclaiming operator,vertical quenching heating furnace,quenching oil tank,cleaning tank and vertical tempering furnace.The application effect of aviation forging parts heat treatment production line and its application value in technology are summarized.
