摘 要:鄂钢棒三加热炉为紧凑型蓄热式加热炉,因产能提升新建了一条红送辊道。坯料入炉温度较原来有大幅度提高,给加热炉燃烧控制系统带来了诸如“烟温控制难度大”等一系列问题。同时,钢坯红送辊道输送节奏与入炉节奏的不一致,带来了冷热坯混装时加热温度的控制问题。本文结合蓄热式加热炉的特点以及棒三加热炉的实际操作实践对上述问题进行分析,并提出技术解决方案。The No.3 rod heating furnace of Esteel is a compact regenerative heating furnace.Due to the increase of production capacity,a new red billet steel delivery roller is built.The temperature of billet entering the furnace is greatly higher than that of the original,which brings a series of problems to the combustion control system of the heating furnace,such as"difficult to control smoke temperature".At the same time,the inconsistency between the conveying rhythm and the feeding rhythm of the billet red feeding roller table brings the problem of heating temperature control during the mixed loading of cold and hot billets.Combined with the characteristics of regenerative heating furnace and the operation practice of the No.3 rod heating furnace,the problems above are analyzed and technical solutions are proposed.
