摘　　要：轧钢加热炉中,步进式加热炉和推钢式加热炉分别设计水冷管动梁和水冷管定梁,作为钢坯加热过程的传动和支撑装备。在应用过程中,尤其在烘炉结束后,水梁耐材自流浇注料衬体易出现环向和纵向的裂纹。本文对水梁裂纹产生的原因进行了讨论分析,指出了裂纹出现的主要原因,并提出了改善要点,为工业窑炉设计、耐材制作、窑炉施工方面提供了参考。In the steel rolling heating f urnace,the walking heating furnace and the pushing steel heating furnace are designed with water-cooled tube moving beam and water-cooled tube fixed beam respectively,as the transmission and support equipment for the billet heating process.During the application process,especially after the completion of the oven,the lining of the water beam refractory selfflowing castable is prone to circumferential and longitudinal cracks.The causes of water beam cracks are discussed and analyzed,and the main reasons for the cracks are pointed out,and the improvement points are put forward,which provides reference for industrial kiln design,refractory production and kiln construction.
