摘　　要：为实现窑炉的长寿、节能、低耗,硅质隔热耐火砖的质量起着至关重要的作用。本文介绍了硅质隔热耐火砖的制作工艺、过程控制及质量控制程序和方法。结果表明:采用该质量控制方法生产的硅质隔热耐火砖质量优良,经久耐用,取得了良好的效果。In order to achieve the longevity,energy saving and low consumption of the kiln,the quality of the siliceous heat-insulating refractory bricks plays a vital role.The manufacture technology,process control and quality control procedure and method of silicon heat insulation refractory brick are introduced.The results show that the siliceous heat-insulating refractory bricks produced by this quality control method are of good quality and durability,which achieves and have achieved good results.
