摘　　要：为应对新的安全形势,提升广播电视行业的网络安全防御能力,本文通过分析广播电视行业系统普遍的建设现状,针对网络安全方面“安全在过程中”这一思想的落地研究,通过“全过程安全态势感知”平台建立的闭环安全治理体系,实现“实战化,体系化,常态化”的新安全理念,落实“动态防御,主动防御,纵深防御,精准防护,整体防护,联防联控”的新安全举措,构建广播电视行业“三化六防”网络安全综合防控体系。In order to cope with new security situation and improve network security defense capabilities of radio and television industry,this paper analyzes general construction status of the system in radio and television industry,studies the implementation of the idea of“security in the process”in network security,realizes new security concept of“practicality,systematization and normalization”through closed-loop security governance system established by the“whole process security situational awareness”platform,implements new security measures of“dynamic defense,active defense,defense in depth,precision protection,overall protection,joint prevention and control”,and builds a comprehensive network security prevention and control system of“three modes and six preventions”in radio and television industry.
