摘 要:针对某铁矿缓倾斜厚大矿体开采中矿石损失贫化大等问题,文章从采场结构参数优化及残矿回收角度进行了系统研究.确定回采进路间距由原来的8 m改为10 m,崩矿步距取1.8 m,回收率提高了4.5%,贫化率降低了2.4%;给出了残矿回收方法,共回收残留矿量约6万t,实现了该矿开采过程中损失贫化的有效控制.Aiming at the problem of large ore loss and dilution in the mining of a gently inclined thick ore body in an iron mine,a systematic study was carried out from the perspective of stope structure parameter optimization and residual ore recovery.The distance between the mining access was changed from the original 8 m to 10 m,the ore collapse step was 1.8 m,the recovery rate was increased by 4.5%,and the dilution rate was reduced by 2.4%.The method of recovering residual ore was presented,and a total of about 60,000 tons of residual ore was recovered,which realized the effective control of the loss and dilution in the mining process.
