摘　　要：为针对齿轮传动系统的磨损及振动故障进行综合监测,以某齿轮传动实验设备为平台,利用NI PXIe-4492数据采集卡及PCB三轴加速度传感器、油液分析仪,基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器平台开发了1个振动油液信息多源异构信息在线监测系统.实验结果表明该系统能有效监测实验平台的振动加速度信号和油液的磨粒信息.Based on LabVIEW virtual instrument platform,a multi-source heterogeneous information online monitoring system of vibration oil information was developed using NI PXIe-4492 data acquisition bar,three-axis acceleration sensor of PCB and oil analyzer in order to comprehensively monitor the wear and vibration fault of gear transmission system.The experimental results showed that the system could effectively monitor the vibration acceleration signal of the experimental platform and the wear particle information of the oil.
