摘　　要：“辨体质-辨病-辨证诊疗模式”是王琦教授根据“体病相关”和“体质可调”理论建立的一种新型诊疗模式,广泛应用于临床各科疾病。本研究主要探讨“三辨诊疗模式”在针刺治疗中风偏瘫中的指导作用,要求医者察色按脉以辨患者体质、体格检查以辨病变阶段,切按循摄以辨经络异常,在全面收集疾病信息的基础上进行辨体质、辨病及辨证,以提高临床疗效。“三辨诊疗模式”作为中西医结合交融的产物,体现了传统医学对整体观的把握和现代医学对病理变化的认识,在其指导下的个性化治疗方案体现了“治病求本、同病异治”的思想。‘Three discriminations’theory of combined syndrome differentiation,disease differentiation and constitution differentiation is a new diagnosis and treatment mode established by professor WANG Qi according to the theory of‘body-disease correlation’and‘adjustable constitution’,which is widely used in various clinical diseases.This study mainly discussed the guiding role of‘three discriminations’theory in acupuncture treatment of apoplexy hemiplegia,which required doctors to distinguish the patient’s constitution,body examination,the stage of the disease and the abnormality of channels and collaterals on the basis of comprehensive collection of disease information,so as to improve the clinical efficacy.As a result of the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine,‘Three discriminations’theory embodies the traditional medicine's grasp of holism and modern medicine's understanding of pathological changes,therefore,the individualized treatment plan under its guidance represents the idea of‘treating the disease and seeking the root,treating the same disease differently’.
