摘 要:以柔韧性和耐腐蚀性强的碳纤维布为载体,通过水热法将Bi(HO_(3))_(3)·5H_(2)O和Na_(2)WO_(4)·2H_(2)O制备的前驱液负载在碳纤维布表面,在不同温度下进行焙烧处理制备了负载型纳米钨酸铋光催化剂,利用SEM、XRD和分光光度计等对制备的催化剂进行表征,并采用农药厂废水和罗丹明B等模拟污水进行光催化降解实验。结果表明,焙烧温度为300℃时负载钨酸铋的碳纤维布光催化形貌及性能最佳,太阳光照下80 min可降解90.80%的罗丹明B溶液,120 min可降解91.10%的农药废水。通过自由基捕获实验发现起主要降解作用的是·O_(2)^(-)和h^(+)。催化剂重复使用4次,对罗丹明B溶液降解率保持在80%以上,表明催化剂具有较好的稳定性。A supported Bi_(2)WO_(6) photocatalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method and calcination at different temperature,using flexible and corrosion-resistant carbon fiber cloth as the carrier.The photocatalyst was characterized by SEM,XRD and spectrophotometer.Simulated pesticide factory wastewater and Rhodamine B were used for photocatalytic degradation experiment.The results showed that best morphology and performance of the photocatalyst was obtained at calcination temperature of 300℃,with 90.80%degradation of RhB solution in 80 minutes and 91.10%degradation of pesticide wastewater in 120 minutes under sunlight irradiation.A radicals capturing experiment indicated that the functional radicals for degradation are·O_(2)^(-) and h^(+).The photocatalyst can be used for 4 times with RhB solution degradation kept at over 80%,showing that the photocatalyst has good activity stability.
