省域中心城市综合承载力变化及其影响因素——以合肥市为例

摘　　要：城市综合承载能力的提升是保障城市可持续发展的必要前提,省域中心城市具有经济体量大但综合承载力发展不充分、不平衡的特点。合肥市2010—2019年综合承载力数据表明,合肥市承载力发展情况良好。2014年后合肥市已经实现在理想城市综合承载力内实现可持续发展。10年间硬件承载力取代软件承载力成为制约城市综合承载力发展的因素,管理、资源和土地承载力代替科技和设施承载力逐步成为较大的障碍因子。建议从提高土地利用效率、增加环境整治手段、强化基础产业引入和促进产学研进一步融合发展等方面促进合肥市城市综合承载力的持续优化提升。The improvement of urban comprehensive carrying capacity is a prerequisite for the sustainable development of a city.Provincial central cities are characterized by large economic volume and inadequate and unbalanced development of comprehensive carrying capacity.Based on the data of Hefei city from 2010 to 2019,our analysis shows that the carrying capacity of Hefei city is developing well.After 2014,Hefei has achieved sustainable development within the ideal urban comprehensive carrying capacity.During the past 10 years,the hardware bearing capacity has replaced the software bearing capacity as the main factor restricting the development of urban comprehensive carrying capacity,while the management,resources and land bearing capacity have gradually replaced the science and technology and facilities bearing capacity as the major obstacle factors.It is suggested to improve the efficiency of land use,increase the means of environmental regulation,strengthen the introduction of basic industries,and promote the further integration of industry,university and research for the sustainable improvement of Hefei’s urban comprehensive carrying capacity.
