摘 要:随着我国工程项目管理利好政策密集出台,工程项目管理发展环境逐步改善,我国工程项目建设推进显著加速,工程项目管理中的问题越来越突出。该文分析了工程项目管理中存在的主要问题及原因,探讨了制约我国工程项目管理发展的关键瓶颈,结合《推动智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展的指导意见》的要求,有针对性地提出了有效措施及采用SaaS模式对策建议。With the intensive introduction of favorable policies for engineering project management in China, the development environment of engineering project management has been gradually improved, the construction of engineering projects in China has been significantly accelerated, and the problems in engineering project management have become more and more prominent. This article analyzes the main problems and reasons existing in engineering project management, discusses the key bottlenecks restricting the development of engineering project management in China, and puts forward effective measures and SaaS mode countermeasures in combination with the requirements of the guiding opinions on promoting the coordinated development of intelligent construction and building industrialization.
