中美贸易摩擦下贵州上市公司估值分析——以贵州百灵为例  

Valuation Analysis of Listed Companies in Guizhou under Sino-US Trade Friction——Take Guizhou Bailing as an Example

摘　　要：自中美发生贸易摩擦以来,我国A股市场呈下跌趋势。该文选取贵州百灵企业集团制药股份有限公司2015—2019年的相关财务数据和市场数据作为研究基础对贵州百灵股票进行分析。对贵州百灵的历史财务数据进行纵向对比,选取出同行业实力相近的公司进行横向对比,分别采用现金流贴现法和市盈率法对处于中美贸易摩擦背景下的贵州百灵进行估值。两种方法得出的估值结果都低于市价,值得投资者警惕。Since the occurrence of trade friction between China and the United States, a share stock market of China has been on the decline. This paper selects the relevant financial data and market data of Guizhou Bailing Enterprise Group Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. from 2015 to 2019 as the research basis to analyze Guizhou bailing stock.The historical financial data of Guizhou bailing are compared vertically, and the companies with similar strength in the same industry are selected for horizontal comparison. The cash flow discount method and P/E ratio method are used to evaluate Guizhou bailing under the background of Sino-US trade friction. The valuation results obtained by the two methods are lower than the market price, which is worthy of investors’ vigilance.
