跳绳运动在医学院校课外活动中多元化建设研究——以首都医科大学为例

摘　　要：根据首都医科大学课外活动开展现状,从场地、器材、师资力量及学生身体素质等方面测评,筹划组建跳绳俱乐部,开展俱乐部活动,丰富学生课外体育活动内容,激发学生学习兴趣,培养终身体育意识,养成锻炼习惯,提高学生健康水平。提高首都医科大学跳绳竞技水平,争取参加比赛为校争光比赛,还可以促进花式跳绳课堂教学发展,扩大跳绳面授对象。在原有的线下跳绳竞赛中增加个人花式项目、多人花式项目和个人、接力计数项目,促进跳绳运动线下竞赛项目多元化发展,还可尝试建立线上比赛机制,举办线上花式跳绳比赛。以此培养学生对体育运动的兴趣、爱好和专长。根据花式跳绳动作,按照教学内容体系,分级分类录制视频,形成线上教学资源。发挥网络资源和跳绳运动的优势,为学生提供直观、易懂、方便、快捷的学习模式,让更多学生简单方便地学习跳绳技术技能,实现课上教学与课外活动有效衔接使学生自主学习。According to the current situation of extracurricular activities carried out in Capital Medical University, it is planned to establish a rope skipping club, carry out club activities, enrich students’ extracurricular sports activities,stimulate students’ interest in learning, cultivate lifelong sports awareness, develop exercise habits and improve students’ health level. Improving the competitive level of rope skipping in Capital Medical University and striving to participate in the competition to win glory for the school can also promote the development of fancy rope skipping classroom teaching and expand the face-to-face teaching objects of rope skipping. Add individual fancy events,multi person fancy events and individual and relay counting events in the original offline rope skipping competition can promote the diversified development of offline competition events of rope skipping. We can also try to establish an online competition mechanism and hold online fancy rope skipping competition. In order to cultivate students’ interest, hobby and expertise in sports. According to the fancy rope skipping action and the teaching content system,videos are recorded in different levels and categories to form online teaching resources. Give play to the advantages of network resources and rope skipping, provide students with an intuitive, easy to understand, convenient and fast learning mode, let more students learn rope skipping technical skills simply and conveniently, realize the effective connection between classroom teaching and extracurricular activities, and enable students to study independently.
