摘 要:针对目前我国矿井火灾防控智能化程度较低、管理智慧化缺乏、架构专业性不强的问题,在明确智能矿山建设火灾防控研究内容的基础上,提出矿井火灾智能防控概念及建设目标。从“监测—预测预警—智能防火—应急处置—火区管理”5个方面出发,阐明矿井火灾防控智能化的构建方法;提出以火灾智能防控为目的,以感知气体浓度、温度、声强、光强、磁场强度等物理参量为基础,以5G、无线、局域网等网络为桥梁,以智能预测预警、灾情响应、联动控制和智慧管理决策为手段,基于“一张图”的矿井火灾智能防控平台搭建思路,旨在实现矿井火灾系统数据“集成化”、要素展现“可视化”、业务处置“智能化”和操作软件“平台化”;从“监测监控、预测预警、智能防火、应急处置和火区管理”分析矿井火灾业务层关键技术。研究成果对智慧矿山建设具有重要意义。In order to resolve the problems of low intelligence,lack of smart management and weak professionalism in the mine fire prevention and control in China,the concept of intelligent fire prevention and control and the construction objectives were proposed on the basis of clear research content of fire prevention and control in intelligent mine construction.The intelligent construction method of fire prevention and control in mine was clarified from the five aspects of monitoring,prediction and warning,intelligent fire prevention,emergency disposal and fire area management.The idea for building an intelligent fire prevention and control platform based on"one map"was proposed taking intelligent fire prevention and control as a purpose,physical parameters such as gas concentration,temperature,sound intensity,light intensity and magnetic field strength as bases,networks such as 5G,wireless and LAN as bridges,and intelligent prediction and warning,disaster response,linkage control and intelligent management and decision-making as means aiming at achieving the integration of the mine fire system data,the visualization of the element representation,the intelligence of the transaction processing and the platformization of the operational software.The key technologies on the transaction layer for the mine fire were analyzed in terms of monitoring and control,prediction and early warning,intelligent fire prevention,emergency response and fire area management.The research results are of great significance to the construction of intelligent mines.
