摘  要:针对中国食品药品检定研究院信息中心对食品、药品安全的信息化平台建设的要求,论文构建出新型食品、药品安全的信息化平台。其由基础层、数据层、数据处理层和数据应用层组成,基础层包括计算机、应用程序服务器、数据库服务器、通讯协议、机房等基础设施,通过基础层实现食品、药品数据的采集,在数据层中,实现数据的传输。在数据处理层中,采用了基于Adaboost迭代算法的机械学习算法实现对食品、药品数据进行处理。在软件设计中,其包含系统数据库、数据访问层、系统组件库、数据接口、万维网(World WideWeb,WWW)服务器、无线应用协议(Wireless Application Protocol,WAP)服务器等,为建设更契合稽查业务工作的食品药品监督管理总局稽查信息化平台提供建议及参考,为食品、药品安全的信息的获取给出新的思路。In response to the requirements of the Information Center of China Food and Drug Control Research Institute for the construction of information platform for food and drug safety,this paper constructs an information platform for new food and drug safety.It consists of a base layer,a data layer,a data processing layer,and a data application layer.The base layer includes a computer,an application server,a database server,a communication protocol,a computer room,and the like,and collects food and drug data through the base layer.In the layer,the transmission of data is realized.In the data processing layer,a mechanical learning algorithm based on Adaboost iterative algorithm is used to process food and drug data.In software design,it includes system database,data access layer,system component library,data interface,World Wide Web server,Wireless Application Protocol server,etc.,in order to build a better fit for auditing business.The Food and Drug Administration’s inspection information platform provides suggestions and references,giving new ideas for the acquisition of food and drug safety information.
