摘 要:苏州河深层排水调蓄管道云岭西竖井工程基坑直径达34.5 m,开挖深度58.65 m,面对如此深、大竖井的底板大体积钢筋混凝土浇筑施工,从大底板钢筋安装、混凝土配比、超深混凝土输送浇捣等难点出发,对关键技术深入剖析并研究了相应施工措施。实践表明,超深竖井大体积底板钢筋混凝土成套施工技术的应用保证了各项工序衔接顺畅且安全性高,底板浇筑质量佳,起到了良好的应用示范效果。The foundation pit of Yunling west shaft project of Suzhou river deep deep drainage tunnel has a diameter of 34.5 m and an excavation depth of 58.65 m.Facing the placing construction of mass reinforced concrete on the bottom plate of such a deep and large shaft,this paper starts from the difficulties of bottom plate reinforcement installation,proportioning of concrete,ultra deep concrete transportation and placement,introducing the key technologies and deeply analyzing the corresponding construction measures.The practice shows that the application of the complete set of construction technology of reinforced concrete for large volume bottom plate of ultra deep shaft ensures the smooth connection of various processes.The technology also safely and perfectly completed the placement of bottom plate,which plays a good application demonstration effect.
