摘　　要：云山府住宅项目是集装配式、被动式、绿色三星为一体的建筑项目,符合新时期国家对于碳达峰、碳中和节能减排的要求,它的每一项工作都是一个全新的课题。在项目设计和制造过程中,不断地在材料、工艺、技术各方面都进行了积极的研究和探索工作,通过分析总结,使得每一项工作都能够做到实事求是、稳中求进。Yunshan House residential project is a building project integrating prefabricated,passive and green Samsung,which meets the national requirements for carbon peak,carbon neutral energy conservation and emission reduction in the new era.Each of its work is a brand new topic.In the process of project design and manufacturing,we have continuously conducted active research and exploration in all aspects of materials,technology and technology.Through analysis and summary,each work can seek truth from facts and seek progress in stability.
