摘　　要：通过对比分析幼儿园前期决策阶段成本控制中存在的问题,结合幼儿园建设工程需求缺口现状,提出了幼儿园新建工程成本控制的重要性,并对幼儿园前期成本指标控制提出了建议。This paper compares and analyzes the problems in the cost control in the early decision-making stage of the kindergarten,and combines the current situation of the kindergarten construction project demand gap,puts forward the importance of the cost control of the new kindergarten project,and puts forward suggestions on the control of the early cost index of the kindergarten.
