摘 要:为优化西安市东北部区域电网架构,已开展长度为6.5 km的330 kV架空输电线路迁改落地工程。因工程为我国第一条长距离330 kV交联聚乙烯电缆线路,给现场耐压结合分布式局部放电等交接试验带来挑战。根据实际工程实施经验,总结了长距离330 kV交联电缆线路变频谐振耐压同步分布式局部放电检测技术的开展情况。项目研究中确定了采用线性放大式变频电源、8台180 kV/35 H/30 A环氧筒式电抗器两串四并作为谐振电抗器的耐压试验方案,并在2个终端和10个中间接头处采用高频电流互感器的分布式局放检测。针对现场疑似放电进行联合检测排查分析,顺利在1.7U0/60 min条件下完成了6.5 km的330 kV交联电缆线路耐压同步分布式局部放电检测的现场试验应用。为今后长距离交联电缆线路的交接试验提供经验。To optimize the regional power grid structure in the northeast of Xi’an,the relocation and landing project of the 330 kV overhead transmission lines in the length of 6.5 km has been carried out.Because this project is the first long-distance 330 kV XLPE cable line in China.It brought challenges to the commissioning test.Based on the practical engineering experience,this paper summarized the development of the frequency conversion resonance withstand voltage synchronous distributed partial discharge detection of the long-distance 330 kV XLPE cable line.In the project study,firstly,the withstanding voltage test scheme is determined to adopt a linear amplified variable frequency power supply and 8 sets of 180 kV/35H/30A reactors in two series and four parallel.And it is decided use high frequency current transformer for distributed partial discharge detection at 2 terminals and 10 intermediate joints.In view of the suspected discharge on site,the joint detection and investigation were carried out.The field test application of resonant withstand voltage synchronous distributed partial discharge detection for 6.5 km 330 kV XLPE cable lines under the condition of 1.7U0/60 min.It provides valuable experience for the commissioning test of long-distance XLPE cable lines in the future.
