补肾填精方治疗肾虚型崩漏临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨和分析补肾填精方治疗肾虚型崩漏的临床疗效。方法研究对象为肾虚型崩漏患者92例,选取时间为2018年10月—2020年8月,按照数字表法随机分为两组,对照组46例患者给予常规治疗,观察组46例患者联合给予补肾填精方治疗。观察并比较两组痊愈率、有效率、治疗前后阴道流血量、腰膝酸软、神疲力乏等中医证侯评分和两组治疗前后血管紧张素(Ang-2)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)等血清指标水平。结果观察组痊愈率、有效率、无效率等水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组阴道流血量、神疲力乏等评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组阴道流血量、神疲力乏等评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组Ang-2、LH等水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组Ang-2、LH等水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论研究对肾虚型崩漏患者联合给予补肾填精方治疗,可提高临床疗效,降低中医证候评分,同时改善血清指标水平,值得推广。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Bushen Tianjing Decoction(补肾填精方)on metrorrhagia and metrostaxis of kidney deficiency type.Methods A total of 92 patients with metrorrhagia and metrostaxis of kidney deficiency type were selected from October 2018 to August 2020 and randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method.Forty-six patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and the other 46 patients in the observation group were given Bushen Tianjing Decoction.The recovery rate,effective rate,vaginal bleeding volume before and after treatment,waist and knee weakness,mental fatigue and other TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were observed and compared,and the serum levels of angiotensin(Ang-2),estradiol(E2)and luteinizing hormone(LH)before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The cure rate,effective rate and invalid rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in the scores of vaginal bleeding or mental fatigue between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of vaginal bleeding and mental fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in levels of Ang-2 or LH between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of Ang-2 and LH in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For metrorrhagia and metrostaxis of kidney deficiency type,the routine treatment combined with Bushen Tianjing Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the TCM symptom score and improve the serum index level,worthy of promotion.
