胃苏颗粒治疗HP感染慢性胃炎的疗效及对炎症因子、COX-2、E-cadherin的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨胃苏颗粒治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染慢性胃炎的疗效及对炎症因子、氧化酶-2(COX-2)、钙黏附蛋白E(E—Eadherin)的影响。方法选取诊治的HP感染慢性胃炎患者120例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例,两组给予三联疗法口服治疗,观察组在以上治疗基础上联合胃苏颗粒口服,连续治疗4周。观察治疗前后中医证候积分变化,治疗前后血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-32(IL-32)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平、一氧化氮(NO)水平变化,血清COX-2、E-cadherin,治疗后HP转阴率及疗效。结果两组治疗后较治疗前中医证候积分下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组IL-4、IL-32、TGF-β1治疗后较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组,IL-2、NO治疗后较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清COX-2、E-cadherin较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后HP转阴率及治疗总有效率为86.67%(52/60)、93.33%(56/60),高于对照组74.00%(37/60)、80.00%(48/60),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃苏颗粒联合三联疗法治疗HP感染慢性胃炎有助于症状改善,减轻炎症反应,提高HP转阴率,提高治疗疗效。Objective To discuss the efficacy of Weisu Granule(胃苏颗粒)treating chronic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection and its effects on inflammatory factors,Coxidas-2(COX-2)and E-cadherin.Methods We collected 120 cases of chronic gastritis with HP infection were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with"triple therapy".The observation group on the basis of the above treatment combined Weisu Granule orally for 4 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-32(IL-32),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),nitric oxide(NO),COX-2 and E-cadherin in serum and the HP negative conversion rate and curative effect after treatment were observed.Results Scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05)and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).IL-4,IL-32 and TGF-β1 in the two groups were decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).IL-2 and NO were increased after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Levels of COX-2 and E-cadherin in serum in the two groups were decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The HP negative conversion rate and total effective rate in the observation group after treatment were 86.67%(52/60)and 93.33%(56/60),respectively.And those were 74.00%(37/60)and 80.00%(48/60)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic gastritis with HP infection by Weisu Granule combined with triple therapy was helpful for relieving symptoms,reducing infla
