摘　　要：探讨中医药大数据存储与共享存在的问题,结合区块链、云计算以及我国中医药各级医疗机构信息化现状,提出了基于区块链的中医药大数据云存储共享模型,该模型分为中医药大数据采集层、中医药大数据存储层和中医药大数据共享层;同时对方案的安全性和高效性进行了讨论。该方案能够有效的解决中医药大数据存储与共享过程中患者隐私保护、数据安全与数据流通问题,为中医药大数据安全共享提供新的思路,为智慧中医的发展提供助力。This paper discussed the problems of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)big data storage and sharing,combined with blockchain,cloud computing and the current situation of informatization of TCM medical institutions at all levels in China and put forward a TCM big data cloud storage and sharing model based on blockchain,which was divided into TCM big data collection layer,TCM big data storage layer and TCM big data sharing layer.At the same time,the security and the effectiveness of the scheme were discussed.This scheme can effectively solve the problems of patients privacy protection,data security and data circulation in the process of TCM big data storage and sharing and provide new ideas for TCM big data security sharing and assistance for the development of smart TCM.
