摘　　要：黄芪是我国临床常用大宗中药材之一,分布范围广,资源丰富,具有很高的药用价值。近年来,黄芪在药品及保健食品中的应用越来越广泛,其主要的药效成分为多糖、皂苷、黄酮类化合物。在对其化学成分及药理作用进行归纳总结的基础上,根据质量标志物概念,从成分特有性、传统功效、传统药性、成分可测性、可入血成分等几个方面对黄芪质量标志物进行预测分析,为黄芪质量评价研究提供科学依据。Huangqi(Astragali Radix)is one of the most commonly-used Chinese herbal medicines in China,which has a wide range of distribution,abundant resources and high medicinal value.In recent years,Huangqi(Astragali Radix)has been widely used in medicine and foods,and its main pharmaceutical ingredients are polysaccharides,saponins and flavonoids.Based on the summary of its resource distribution,chemical composition and pharmacological effects,according to the concept of mass markers,the prediction and analysis of Q-markers of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)from component specificity,traditional efficacy,traditional medicinal properties,composition testability and bloodable composition were carried out,providing scientific basis for the evaluation of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)quality.
