摘　　要：淫羊藿是小檗科淫羊藿属植物中的一种传统中药,药用历史悠久,其包括淫羊藿苷、淫羊藿素和淫羊藿次苷Ⅱ等衍生物。近年来,淫羊藿及其衍生物的抗癌特性备受研究者的关注,淫羊藿及其衍生物可通过多种信号通路及机制调控肿瘤细胞凋亡而表现出其抗肿瘤活性。结合文献对淫羊藿及其衍生物诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡分子机制的研究进展综述。Yinyanghuo(Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.)is a traditional Chinese medicine in the genus Yinyanghuo(Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.)of berberidae.It has a long medicinal history,including icariin,icariin and icariin II derivatives.In recent years,the anticancer properties of Yinyanghuo(Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.)and its derivatives have attracted much attention.Yinyanghuo(Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.)and its derivatives can regulate tumor cell apoptosis through a variety of signal pathways and mechanisms.This paper reviewed the research progress on the molecular mechanism of tumor cell apoptosis induced by Yinyanghuo(Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.)and its derivatives.
