补胞汤联合有效雌激素干预对中重度宫腔粘连术后妊娠率影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探究补胞汤联合有效雌激素干预对中重度宫腔粘连术后患者妊娠率得影响效果。方法选取2017年6月—2020年6月间在医院接受宫腔镜下粘连分解术治疗的中重度宫腔粘连患者76例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各38例。两组患者均行宫腔镜下粘连分解术治疗,术后对照组行有效雌激素干预治疗,实验组行补胞汤联合有效雌激素干预治疗,对比两组患者术后宫腔粘连程度(AFS得分)、月经恢复情况、术后3个月子宫内膜厚度及术后一年妊娠率。结果对照组患者治疗后AFS得分为(2.23±0.87)分,实验组患者治疗后AFS得分为(1.89±0.45)分;实验组患者月经恢复所需时间较对照组更短;对照组术后3个月子宫内膜厚度为(7.78±0.72)mm,增厚较对照组明显;对照组患者术后1年妊娠率为28.95%,显著低于实验组患者(50.00%)。以上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补胞汤联合有效雌激素干预对中重度宫腔粘连患者有较好的治疗效果,其能加快患者术后月经节律恢复的同时大大提高患者的妊娠成功率,是值得广泛推广应用的治疗方法。Objective To explore the effect of Bubao Decoction(补胞汤)combined with effective estrogen intervention on the pregnancy rate of patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions.Methods A total of 76 patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions who underwent hysteroscopic adhesion decomposition surgery in our hospital between June 2017 and June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table,38 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with hysteroscopic adhesion decomposition.The control group received effective estrogen intervention therapy,and the experimental group received Bubao Decoction combined with effective estrogen intervention therapy.The degree of postoperative uterine adhesion(AFS score),menstrual recovery,and one-year pregnancy rate after surgery between the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative AFS score of the control group was(2.23±0.87)points,and that of the experimental group was(1.89±0.45)points.The menstrual recovery time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group;The thickness of the endometrium in the experiment group was(7.78±0.72)mm three months after the operation,and the thickening was more obvious than that in the control group.The annual pregnancy rate was 28.95%in the control group,which was significantly lower than 50.00%of the experimental group.The above difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Bubao Decoction combined with effective estrogen intervention has a good therapeutic effect on patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions.It can speed up the recovery of menstrual rhythm after the operation and greatly increase the pregnancy success rate of the patients.It is a treatment method worthy of widespread promotion and application.
