摘  要:为了探寻大机分层整道作业对道砟级配破坏的影响规律,本文设计两捣一稳在3种不同起道量下的道砟级配破坏试验研究,主要得出以下结论:(1)大机作业径粒56mm以上的道砟会逐步破坏成为径粒35.5mm以下的道砟,而起随着作业遍数的增加,破坏效果也越明显;(2)随着大机作业起道量的增加,道砟级配质量相对变化率越小,即大机作业起道量的越大,道砟级配变化越稳定;(3)在两捣一稳组合作业模式中,当作业起道量为10mm、20mm时,随着大机作业遍数的增加,都会使得道砟级配超过一级道砟标准;当作业起道量为30mm时,在整个施工作业过程中,未发现各径粒道砟超过一级道砟标准且在大机第4遍后道砟级配变化相对稳定。因此,建议在新建铁路有砟轨道分层整道作业过程中,应合理设置大机作业起道量尽可能减少大机作业遍数,以免因大机作业加快道床的脏污。In order to explore the influence law of large machine layered whole track operation on the damage of ballast gradation,this paper designs an experimental study on the damage of ballast gradation under three different lifting quantities.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the ballast with a particle size of more than 56mm will be gradually damaged into a ballast with a particle size of less than 35.5mm,and the damage effect will be more obvious with the increase of operation times;(2)With the increase of crane lifting volume,the smaller the relative change rate of ballast grading quality,that is,the greater the crane lifting volume,the more stable the change of ballast grading;(3)In the combined operation mode of two tamping and one stabilization,when the track lifting volume is 10mm and 20mm,the ballast grading will exceed the first-class ballast standard with the increase of the number of large machine operations;When the track lifting volume is 30mm,it is not found that the ballast of each size exceeds the first-class ballast standard during the whole construction process,and the change of ballast grading is relatively stable after the fourth pass of crane.Therefore,it is suggested that during the layered and whole track operation of the ballasted track of the new railway,the track lifting volume of the crane operation should be set reasonably,and the number of times of the crane operation should be reduced as far as possible,so as not to accelerate the dirt of the track bed due to the crane operation.
