摘  要:针对电动汽车空调间接式热泵系统的需要,设计了一款采用内翅片式结构的水冷式冷凝器,并进行了换热性能的实验研究,得到了换热量、冷却液流阻随冷却液流量的变化关系,制冷剂流阻随制冷剂流量的变化关系,制冷剂冷凝温度与冷却液入口温度之差与换热量的变化关系,不同摆放方式对换热量、冷却液流阻的影响,希望为有关从业人员提供帮助。According to the needs of indirect heat pump system of electric vehicle air conditioning,a water-cooled condenser with inner fin structure is designed,and the experimental research on heat exchange performance is carried out.The relationship between heat exchange,coolant flow resistance and coolant flow,refrigerant flow resistance and refrigerant flow,and the relationship between the difference between refrigerant condensation temperature and coolant inlet temperature and heat exchange are obtained,The influence of different placement methods on heat exchange and coolant flow resistance,hoping to provide help for relevant practitioners.
