摘　　要：中海石油某天然气处理终端选用索拉透平公司Titan250燃气轮机驱动筒式压缩机,为天然气增压外输提供动力。依据厂家维护手册,现需大修置换透平机芯。该机型在国内为首次使用,Titan250透平置换技术属于卡脖子难题,现场对Titan250机组开展透平置换攻坚,突破厂家技术封锁,并根据现场置换对中、进气蜗壳装配等难点,开展技术创新,最后研究形成多项专利技术成果,高效地完成了透平置换工作。CNOOC selected a natural gas processing terminal SOLAR TURBINE COMPANY Titan250 gas turbine driven cylinder compressor,to provide power for the pressurized natural gas transmission.According to the manufacturer's maintenance manual,it is necessary to overhaul and replace the Turbine Movement.This type of turbine is used for the first time in China.The Titan250 turbine replacement technology belongs to the neck jam problem.on-site Turbine replacement for the Titan250 unit will be carried out to break through the technical blockade imposed by the manufacturer,technical Innovation was carried out,and a number of patented technical achievements were formed,and the turbine replacement was completed efficiently.
