院校视角下1+X证书制度实施过程中存在的问题及其对策

摘　　要：“学历证书+职业技能等级证书制度(1+X证书制度)”是我国综合性技能人才培养模式与评价模式在制度上的一次重大革新,其目的是切实提升人才培养质量,促使社会进一步发展。各院校为了顺应新时代社会对人才培养的需求,在院校中积极开展1+X证书制度试点工作。作为1+X证书首批试点院校的教育工作者,从院校视角分析1+X证书制度实施过程中存在的问题及原因,并提出对策建议。“The System of Academic Certificate+Level Certificates in Vocational Skills(1+X Certificate System)”is a major systematic innovation in the training evaluation model of comprehensive skilled talents in China,the purpose of which is to improve the quality of talent training and promote the further development of society.In order to meet the needs of the society for talent training in the new era,colleges and universities actively carry out the pilot project of the 1+X certificate system.As the educators of the first pilot institutions,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons in the implementation of the 1+X certificate system from the perspective of the institutions,and puts forward some suggestions for countermeasures.
