摘  要:本文以计算机应用技术专业为对象,联合企业在校内建设工作室,共同开展项目化教学、分层分类人才培养改革,培养信息产业高素质技术技能人才。通过校企共建工作室,将企业真实项目引入工作室进行研发,使师生团队接触项目生产的全过程,以工作过程系统化的理念推动人才培养模式的转变,逐步形成“以工作室为依托,探索项目导向教学”的人才培养模式改革,在课程体系建设、教学团队建设、产教融合、社会服务等方面取得了一定的成果,带动了本地区其他专业的发展,具有较好的示范作用,逐步形成自己的专业特色。Taking computer application technology major as the object,this paper carries out project-based teaching,stratified and classified personnel training reform jointly with enterprises to build studios in the school,so as to cultivate high-quality technical talents in the information industry.Through the school enterprise joint construction studio,the real project of the enterprise is introduced into the studio for research and development,so that the teacher-student team can contact the whole process of project production,promote the transformation of talent training mode with the concept of working process systematization,and gradually form the talent training mode reform of“relying on the studio,exploring project oriented teaching”.The integration of industry and education,social services and other aspects have achieved certain results,which has led to the development of other majors in the region,has a good demonstration role,and gradually formed its own professional characteristics.
