高校课程《管理学》案例教学效果评价研究——以安徽省高校为例

摘　　要：案例教学法是一种开放式、参与式的教学方式,能在《管理学》教学中充分调动学生学习积极性和主动性,提升教学效果,因而研究管理学案例教学影响因素具有重要意义。本文采用实证研究的方法,通过相关文献和深度访谈构建出理论模型。采用发放调查问卷的形式,利用统计分析软件,运用信度、效度、相关及回归分析等方法,测定出影响教学效果的影响因素以及权重大小。研究发现:案例质量、教学方法、学生主动性、硬件设施对教学效果有显著正向影响,四个因素的权重大小依次为案例质量、教学方法、学生主动性、硬件设施。以上研究对于管理学案例教学效果的提升有参考和借鉴作用。In this paper,the author builds a theoretical model by the relevant literature,depth interviews and the method of empirical research.The author tests the influencing factors,weighs the teaching effects by means of face to face in the form of issuance of the questionnaire,statistical analysis software,the methods of the reliability,validity,correlation and regression analysis.The study shows that:case quality,teaching method,student initiative,and hardware facilities have a significant positive impact on teaching results.The weights of six factors are case quality,teaching method,student initiative,and hardware facilities in order.The study can upgrade case teaching effect in management.
