浅析某天然气处理终端闪蒸汽压缩机润滑油异常消耗原因

摘　　要：中海石油某天然气处理终端选用美国通用GEMINI ES604压缩机,机组运行发现润滑油消耗量远大于参考值。过多注入的润滑油进入工艺系统,污染分子筛,影响脱水效果。针对润滑油异常消耗故障,现场组织排查、整改与测试,发现了注油器、刮油环和曲轴箱液位等三个主要影响因素。通过优化调整和对比试验,最终解决了故障。整改后,压缩机润滑油消耗恢复正常。A natural gas processing terminal of CNOOC selects American general Gemini es604 compressor. It is found that the consumption of lubricating oil is far greater than the reference value during unit operation. Too much injected lubricating oil enters the process system, contaminates the molecular sieve and affects the dehydration effect. In view of the abnormal consumption of lubricating oil, the troubleshooting, rectification and testing were organized on site, and three main influencing factors were found, such as oiler, oil scraper ring and crankcase liquid level. Through optimization adjustment and comparative test, the fault is finally solved. After rectification, the compressor lubricating oil consumption returned to normal.
