摘  要:为解决目前存在的我国西部地区土地荒漠化、水土流失严重及人工植树效率低、劳动强度大、工作环境恶劣等问题,基于Solidworks软件设计了一种自动化程度较高的,工作于荒漠中的扦插种植沙棘的植树机。植树机主要由投苗机构、分苗机构、压土机构、钻头机构组成。通过投苗机构间歇性的将树苗送往分苗机构进行分苗,树苗落入钻头机构挖好的坑中后,再经过压土机构进行将土压实,实现了自动化扦插种植沙棘苗的过程。本文主要介绍植树机各机构结构组成及工作原理。In order to solve the problems of desertification, serious soil erosion and low efficiency, high labor intensity and harsh working environment occur in artificial cultivation in western China. Based on SolidWorks software, we designed an automated sea-buckthorn planting machine with high degree of automation that can work in the desert. This planting machine mainly includes seedling throwing mechanism、 seedling sorting mechanism、soil pressure mechanism、drill mechanism and so on. The seedlings are sent intermittently by the seedling throwing mechanism to the seedling sorting mechanism for seedling sorting, and then the seedlings fall into the pit dug by the drill mechanism through the soil pressure mechanism, finally the soil pressure mechanism covers the sea-buckthorn seedlings with soil and compacts them,the whole process of automatic sea-buckthorn planting was completed. This article mainly introduces the structures and working principle of the tree planting machine.
