摘 要:随着生态文明建设和乡村振兴战略的提出,古村落的环境问题日益受到重视,以低影响开发(LID)理念为指导的雨洪管理方法能够有效解决当前古村落面临的水环境问题。以安徽省泾县查济村为研究对象,利用ArcGIS软件和SCS-CN降雨-径流模型联合模拟不同重现期极端日降雨量下的潜在淹没范围和地表径流特征,分析查济村雨洪管理现状和问题,提出构造河道上游湿地、生态种植坑、渗透性排水系统、生态过滤农田等具体LID策略,并通过模型进行检验和评价。结果表明,通过建立雨洪管理网络对查济村的洪水及水质问题进行治理,可以有效减少地表径流总量,削减径流污染物含量,改善古村落生态环境,相关经验可为其他古村落雨洪管理提供参考。In the context of ecological civilization development and rural revitalization strategy,the environmental problems that ancient villages face have attracted increasing attention.The storm flood management with low-impact development as the guiding concept can effectively solve the water environmental problems confronting ancient villages.Taking Zhaji Village,Jing County,Anhui Province as a case,the paper simulates the potential inundation range and surface runoff characteristics under extreme daily rainfall during different return periods by using ArcGIS software and the rain-runoff model of Soil Conservation Service Curve Number(SCS-CN).Then,specific low-impact development strategies,such as upstream wetland construction,ecological planting pit,permeable drainage system and ecological filtering farmland,are proposed based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of storm flood management in Zhaji Village.The effectiveness of these low-impact development strategies is then tested and evaluated with the above model.The results show that establishing the storm flood management network to treat the food and improve water quality in Zhaji Village can effectively reduce the total amount of surface runoff,decrease the content of runoff pollutants,and improve the ecological environment of the ancient village.This study could be used as a reference for the storm flood management by other ancient villages.
