摘  要:随着时代发展,越来越多的旧桥待拆除,特别是跨线桥梁。如何安全高效地拆除跨铁路既有桥梁已成为研究重点。本文以长春市西安桥改造工程跨京哈铁路旧桥拆除施工项目为依托,结合施工现场复杂外部环境及上跨铁路繁忙干线施工极高的安全风险等综合因素确定梁体绳锯切割方案,同时采用贝雷梁捆绑加固法配合吊装进行既有刚构桥梁拆除;并借助Dr.Bridge、MIDAS Civil软件进行受力模拟,分析不同工况下桥梁、贝雷梁受力状态,以确保梁体吊装拆除过程结构的稳定性。在此基础上,提出跨铁路繁忙干线既有桥拆除关键技术措施,以保障桥梁拆除施工顺利进行及营业线安全。With the development of the times,more and more old bridges have to be dismantled,especially the cross-line bridge.How to dismantle the existing bridge across the railway safely and efficiently has become the focus of research.Based on the demolition construction project of the old bridge across Beijing-Harbin Railway in the reconstruction project of Xi’an bridge in Changchun,this paper determines the cutting scheme of beam rope saw for the demolition of the existing rigid frame bridge by Bailey beam binding and reinforcement method combined with hoisting according to the complex external environment of the construction site and the high safety risk of the construction of the busy trunk line across the railway;with the help of Dr.Bridge,MIDAS Civil and other software,the stress simulation is carried out to analyze the stress state of bridge and Bailey beam under different working conditions,so as to ensure the structural stability of beam hoisting and demolition.On this basis,the key technical measures for the demolition of existing bridges across busy trunk lines of railways are put forward to ensure the smooth progress of bridge demolition construction and the safety of business lines.
