摘　　要：目的:观察本体感觉训练联合针刺在髌骨骨折内固定术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取100例髌骨骨折内固定术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用针刺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予本体感觉训练,比较两组治疗前后膝关节功能[美国特种外科医院膝关节功能(HSS)]评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、日常生活能力[改良Barthel指数(MBI)]评分和生命质量[生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74)]评分。结果:治疗后,观察组功能、疼痛、肌力、稳定性、屈曲畸形和活动度等HSS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组BBS和MBI评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能和物质生活状态等GQOLI-74评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本体感觉训练联合针刺应用于髌骨骨折内固定术后患者可提高膝关节功能、平衡功能、日常生活能力和生命质量,效果优于单纯针刺治疗。Objective:To observe application effects of proprioceptive training combined with acupuncture in patients with after patella fractures internal fixation.Methods:100 patients with patella fractures after internal fixation were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group received acupuncture treatment,while the observation group was given the proprioceptive training on the basis of that of the control group.The score of knee joint function[hospital for special surgery(HSS)],the Berg balance scale(BBS)score,the activities of daily living score[modified Barthel index(MBI)]and the quality of life[general quality of life inventory(GQOLI-74)]score were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the HSS scores of function,pain,muscle strength,stability,flexion deformity and range of motion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The BBS and MBI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the GQOLI-74 scores of psychological function,physical function,social function and material life status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Proprioceptive training combined with acupuncture for the patients with patellar fractures after internal fixation can improve the knee joint function,the balance function,the activities of daily living and the quality of life scores.Moreover,it is superior to single acupuncture.
