摘  要:PCB板级电路的腐蚀失效往往会带来不可预知的电气故障,传统检测电路板腐蚀失效的方法(AOI、AXI)受人工限制和非上电操作的影响,电子设备检测定位一直是技术难题,往往带来调试周期延长和检测成本增加,给PCB板级电子单元的大规模检测实施带来了诸多不确定性。文中提出一种EMI热点分析技术,通过对电路EMI(电磁干扰)特性的检测,利用合理的故障算法分析扫描得到的电路板工作时的磁场图像和曲线,建立EMI热点分析诊断规则信息数据库,依据数据库规则信息对高速板级电路进行诊断,能较为准确地判断电气故障位置。The corrosion failure of PCB board⁃level circuits often leads to unpredictable electrical failures.The traditional detecting methods of circuit board corrosion failure,for example,AOI(automatic optical inspection),AXI(automatic X⁃ray inspection),are affected by manual limitations and non⁃power⁃on operations.The detection and positioning of electronic equipment have always been the technical difficulties,which often leads to prolonging of debugging cycles and increasing of inspection costs,and causes uncertainties to the implementation of large⁃scale inspections of PCB board⁃level electronic units.An EMI(electromagnetic interference)hot spot analysis technology is proposed in this paper.By the detection of EMI characteristics of the circuit,a reasonable fault algorithm is used to analyze the magnetic field images and curves obtained by scan during the circuit board operation,and the rule information database for EMI hot spot analysis and diagnosis is established.And then,the high⁃speed board⁃level circuits are diagnosed according to the database rule information.Therefore,it can more accurately determine the location of electrical faults.
