摘 要:为了提高电动汽车直流充电桩的充电效率与品质参数,对充电桩的电源模块进行了两级式设计。前级功率因数校正电路采用三相三线制三电平VIENNA整流电路拓扑结构,通过SVPWM方式划分矢量空间,将三轴坐标系转化为两轴坐标系,判定参考矢量的路径,将零矢量插入到相邻的基本矢量中,确定七分段式矢量切换顺序与作用时间,调节电容中点平衡系数γ使整流电路中电容中点平衡。后级DC⁃DC转换电路采用全桥LLC谐振变换器提高输出电压的幅值并实现电气隔离,对影响谐振网络的参数进行分析。通过技术方案确定参数设计,采用Matlab/Simulink软件进行系统仿真,结果显示,VIENNA整流电路输出功率因数接近于1,DC⁃DC转换电路输出直流电压提高到710 V,输出电流为21 A,波纹系数小于1%,充电桩充电的效率和品质得到提高。In order to improve the charging efficiency and quality parameters of electric vehicle DC charging pile,the power module of charging pile is designed in two stages.In PFC(power factor corrector)circuit of the front stage,the topology of three⁃phase three⁃wire system three⁃level VIENNA rectifier circuit is adopted.The vector space is divided by means of SVPWM(space vector pulse width modulation),and the three⁃axis coordinate system is transformed into two⁃axis coordinate system to determine the path of the reference vector.The zero vector is inserted into the adjacent basic vector to determine the switching sequence and action time of the seven segmented vector.The neutral point balance coefficientγof the capacitor is adjusted to balance the capacitance neutral point in the rectifier circuit.The full bridge LLC resonant converter is used in the latter stage DC⁃DC conversion circuit to increase the output voltage amplitude and achieve electrical isolation.The parameters affecting the resonant network are analyzed.By the technical scheme,the parameter design is determined.The system simulation was carried out by Matlab/Simulink.The results show that the output power factor of VIENNA rectifier circuit is close to 1,the output DC voltage of DC⁃DC conversion circuit is increased to 710 V,the output current is 21 A,and the ripple coefficient is less than 1%.Therefore,the charging efficiency and quality of charging pile are improved.
