摘  要:在深水无隔水管钻井系统中,海水段钻柱系统受到外部海洋载荷、顶部转盘扭矩以及底部钻头-地层作用力的影响,极易发生纵-横-扭三个方向的振动,导致钻柱发生强度降低、磨损及疲劳失效。为了对深水无隔水管钻井钻柱三维振动响应进行研究,基于能量法、Hamilton变分、微元法和达朗贝尔原理,在考虑海流、钻井液流速和钻柱-井壁接触碰撞等因素的基础上,建立了无隔水管钻井钻柱的三维振动方程,并验证了其有效性,分析了雷诺数、速度比、波动钻压及钻柱转速等对钻柱振动的影响。研究结果表明:地层段钻柱的振动响应远没有海水段的大,并且横流向振动幅值也要小于顺流向振动幅值,但其振动频率却大于顺流向振动频率;适当增大速度比会减小海流对钻柱的激励作用,钻井液流速较高时会对钻柱振动产生较大影响;波动钻压幅值影响钻柱纵向振动的位移响应,但不影响纵向振动频率,现场钻柱可采用较小的波动钻压,以减小钻柱的纵向振动和扭转剪切应力,但应避开120和60 r/min的转速。所得结论可为无隔水管钻井钻柱的减振措施制定提供参考。In deepwater riserless drilling system,drill string in seawater is affected by external ocean load,torque of top rotary table and bottom bit-formation force,so it is prone to vibrate in the three directions of longitudinal,transverse,and torsional,making drill string subject to strength,wear,and fatigue failures.In order to study the three-dimensional vibration response of drill string in deepwater riserless drilling system,based on energy method,Hamilton variation method,micro-element method and D’Alembert principle,in consideration of such factors as ocean current,drilling fluid flow rate and contact collision between drill string and borehole wall,the three-dimensional vibration equation of drill string in deepwater riserless drilling system was established.Its validity was proved and the effects of Reynolds number,speed ratio,fluctuating WOB and drill string rotary speed on drill string vibration were analyzed.The results show that the vibration response of drill string in seabed is far less than that in seawater,and the cross-flow vibration amplitude is smaller than in-line vibration amplitude,but the cross-flow vibration frequency is larger than in-line vibration frequency.Increasing the speed ratio will reduce the excitation of ocean current on the drill string,and high flow rate of drilling fluid will have a great impact on the drill string vibration.The amplitude of fluctuating WOB affects the displacement response of longitudinal vibration of drill string,but it does not affect the frequency of longitudinal vibration.Low fluctuating WOB can be applied on site drill string to reduce longitudinal vibration and torsional shear stress of drill string,but the rotary speed of 120 and 60 r/min should be avoided.The conclusions can provide a reference for making vibration reduction measures for drill strings in deepwater riseless drilling system.
