摘  要:为保障精细分层开采工艺可靠性及实现井下参数的测试,根据电控设备快速、集成化及液压设备稳定性好、扭矩大的特点,开发了一种电控液驱分层注采控制系统。详细阐述了控制系统、电控解码监测装置与液压驱动多级滑套等重要部件的工作原理、结构组成及技术特点,进行了电控液驱分层注采现场选井设计。研究结果表明:该控制系统实现了井下大于6层注采层位快速、可靠的控制及参数监测;电控解码监测装置解码响应时间由纯液控的5 min降至毫秒级,单层液控滑套的调整时间由20 min缩短至1 min以内;设计的液压驱动多级滑套采用旋转换挡形式,可以实现8个开度的精细调节,配注量最大误差为5%。研究结论可以为油藏开发决策提供技术参考。In order to ensure the reliability of fine-layered production practice and test downhole parameters,a layered injection-production control system with electronic control & hydraulic drive was developed by combining electronic control devices featured by fast operation and integration and hydraulic devices featured by good stability and large torque.The working principle,structure,and technical characteristics of key parts such as control system,electronic control decoding & monitoring device,and hydraulic driven multi-stage sliding sleeve were explained in detail,selected a well for layered injection-production system with electronic control & hydraulic drive,the design and calculation of the operation were carried out.The results show that the system realized fast and reliable control and parameter monitoring for over 6 zones of injection and production.Comparing with pure hydraulic control system,the decoding response time of the electronic control decoding & monitoring device is reduced from 5 min to millisecond order,and the adjustment time of single-layer hydraulic control sliding sleeve is reduced from 20 min to within 1 min.The multi-stage hydraulic control sleeve was designed in the form of rotary shift,which can realize fine adjustment of 8 openings,with the maximum error of injection allocation of 5%.The conclusions can provide technical reference for decision-making of reservoir development.
