摘 要:作为杆管防偏磨设计的主要措施,扶正器配置方案的优化设计一直是油田关注的重点,而对抽油杆柱振动力学的研究是杆管防偏磨设计的基础。鉴于此,将两相邻扶正器之间抽油杆柱纵横耦合振动问题简化为具有初弯曲的简支梁在交变轴向载荷激励下的纵横耦合振动问题。在交变轴向载荷激励下,基于纵横弯曲梁理论,建立了两相邻扶正器之间抽油杆柱纵横耦合振动仿真的力学与数学模型。采用空间离散——时间连续与数值积分相结合的方法进行数值求解,实现了两相邻扶正器之间抽油杆柱纵横耦合振动的仿真模拟。仿真分析结果表明:相对于静力学模型仿真结果,动力学模型仿真结果的杆柱横向变形更大;杆柱的轴向载荷激励与杆柱的初弯曲是影响杆柱横向位移动力放大系数的主要原因。研究结果可为油井的杆管防偏磨设计提供思路。Optimization design of centralizer configuration,as a key measure to prevent eccentric wearing of rod and tubing,has always been the focus of oilfields.The study on vibration mechanics of sucker rod string is the basis of anti-eccentric wearing design of rod and tubing.In view of this,the longitudinal and transverse coupling vibration of sucker rod string between two adjacent centralizers was simplified as the longitudinal and transverse coupling vibration of simply supported beam with initial bending under alternating axial load.Under the excitation of alternating axial load,based on the theory of longitudinal and transverse bending beam,the mechanical and mathematical model of longitudinal and transverse coupling vibration simulation of sucker rod string between two adjacent centralizers was established.The method of spatial discretization combining with time continuity and numerical integration was used for numerical solution,and the longitudinal and transverse coupling vibration of sucker rod string between two adjacent centralizers was simulated.The results show that,compared with results from static model simulation,the lateral deformation of rod in dynamic model simulation results is larger.It is concluded that,the axial load excitation and initial bending of rod are two main factors influencing the dynamic amplification factor of lateral displacement of rod.The results in this paper provide ideas for anti-eccentric wearing design of rod and tubing in oil production wells.
