摘 要:针对非常规光套管压裂井放喷后关井压力高,采用压井液压井并上修井机进行完井作业,存在污染储层及降低压裂效果的问题,研究开发了套管压裂井不压井完井工艺技术,解决了套管压裂井带压完井的问题。通过通孔桥塞、滑套阀与压控开关阀三者之间的有效配合,调控采油的流通通道,使井口处于安全受控保护状态,有效避免了压井液压井,对油层无污染,保证了压裂效果,满足了非常规油井套管压裂后不压井完井作业的需要。现场应用结果表明:下入完井工具串后可多次暂闭油层,并使井口处于安全受控状态,实现了使用修井机下泵或后期小修检泵作业时的不压井作业,满足了低成本不压井完井技术的需要,单井缩短施工周期4~6 d;应用的4口井中,井口最高压力5.2 MPa,最大井斜91.2°,桥塞最大入井深度5 073 m,不压井工艺成功率100%。该工艺可有效提高采油时率,不仅适用于有杆泵完井工艺,还适用于电泵完井工艺,具有良好的推广应用前景。In view of the problems of reservoir pollution and poor fracturing results caused by high shut-in pressure in unconventional casing fracturing wells after blowout and completion operation with killing fluid and workover rigs,the well completion technique without killing for casing fracturing wells was developed.It realized the completion of casing fracturing wells under pressure.By means of cooperation among through-hole bridge plug,sleeve valve and pressure-controlled switch valve,the oil flowing passage could be managed to ensure the wellhead in a safe and protected state,which effectively avoids killing operation and has no pollution to reservoirs,and meanwhile,fracturing results are desirable,and completion without killing in unconventional casing fracturing wells is realized.The field applications show that,the oil zone can be closed temporarily several times after running in completion tools,ensuring the wellhead in a safe and controlled state.It realizes no killing operation when using workover rig to run the pump or later minor repair and pump inspection operations,meets the needs of low-cost completion without killing and shortens the construction period of single well by 4~6 days.Among the four wells in application,the maximum wellhead pressure is 5.2 MPa,the maximum deviation is 91.2°,the maximum depth of bridge plug is 5 073 m,and the success ratio of completion technique without killing is 100%.This technique can improve the oil recovery time rate effectively,which is not only applicable for rod pump completion,but also for electric pump completion,and has a good prospect of popularization and application.
