摘 要:为提高无烟煤对Sb(Ⅴ)的吸附性能,采用碱性水热-共沉淀法原位合成镁铁类水滑石化合物表面改性无烟煤(Anthr/MgFe-LDHs)。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)等对产物进行表征,研究了Anthr/MgFe-LDHs对Sb(Ⅴ)的吸附性能。结果表明,当镁与铁物质的量之比为2∶1时,Anthr/MgFe-LDHs对Sb(Ⅴ)的吸附性能最佳,最大吸附量为6.77 mg/g;当水溶液pH值为5~11时,随着pH值的升高,Sb(Ⅴ)去除率逐渐降低。热力学参数表明,Anthr/MgFe-LDHs对Sb(Ⅴ)的吸附是自发的吸热过程,吸附机理符合Langmuir模型和准二级动力学方程。Anthr/MgFe-LDHs经过4次循环使用后对Sb(Ⅴ)的去除率仍接近80%,具有良好的应用前景。Magnesium iron hydrotalcite-like compounds were synthesized in situ by alkaline hydrothermal coprecipitation method for modification of anthracite(Anthr/MgFe-LDHs)to improve the Sb(Ⅴ)adsorption performance of anthracite.The products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and Fourier fransform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),and the adsorption performance of Anthr/MgFe-LDHs for Sb(Ⅴ)was investigated.Anthr/MgFe-LDHs had the best adsorption performance for Sb(Ⅴ)when the molar ratio of magnesium and iron was 2∶1,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 6.77 mg/g.With the increase of pH,the removal efficiency of Sb(Ⅴ)decreased gradually when the pH of aqueous solution was in the range of 5-11.The thermodynamic parameters showed that the adsorption of Sb(Ⅴ)by Anthr/MgFe-LDHs was a spontaneous endothermic process,and the adsorption mechanism conformed to Langmuir model and quasi-second-order kinetic equation.After four cycles of adsorption and desorption,Anthr/MgFe-LDHs still had a high Sb(Ⅴ)removal efficiency that was close to 80%,indicating that it has a promising application prospect.
