摘  要:以当下普遍关注的厂房车间卫生消毒为研究背景,设计一种基于单片机的过氧化氢气体浓度检测系统,为车间工作人员及时掌握环境中过氧化氢气体浓度提供了依据和可能性。当过氧化氢传感器感知到外界气体浓度时,传感器会输出相应的电信号,信号经处理后被单片机采集进行模数转换,对数据进行模拟输出并在显示屏上显示浓度信息。系统兼有阀值设定和报警功能。测试结果表明,检测系统在误差、量程、分辨率、稳定性等方面满足设计要求,可行性较高,实时性较好。Based on the research background of hygiene and disinfection of factory buildings and workshops,which is currently widely concerned,a single chip microcomputer-based hydrogen peroxide gas concentration detection system was designed to provide the basis and possibility for workshop staff to grasp the concentration of hydrogen peroxide gas in the environment in a timely manner.When the hydrogen peroxide sensor senses the concentration of the outside gas,the sensor will output the corresponding electrical signal.The signal is processed and collected by the single chip microcomputer for analog-to-digital conversion,the data is analog output and the concentration information is displayed on the display screen.The system has both threshold setting and alarm functions.The test results show that the detection system meets the design requirements in terms of error,range,resolution and stability,with high feasibility and good real-time performance.
