摘　　要：目的分析308nm准分子激光治疗仪联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗仪对白癜风患者治疗效果与安全性影响.方法144例患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各72例.研究组开展308nm准分子激光联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗,对照组单纯利用308nm准分子激光治疗,比较两组疗效和不良反应等指标差异.结果研究组白斑消退时间更短、疼痛评分、HAMA量表评分更低,生活质量评分更高,研究组不良反应发病率5.56%,对照组不良反应发病率13.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采取308nm准分子激光治疗仪联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗仪治疗的安全性更强,能减少治疗过程中的不良反应.Objective To analyze the effect and safety of 308nm excimer laser therapy apparatus and CO_(2)lattice laser therapy apparatus in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods 144 patients with vitiligo were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,72 cases in each group.The study group was treated with 308nm excimer laser therapy apparatus and CO_(2)lattice laser therapy apparatus,while the control group was treated with 308nm excimer laser alone.Results The time of leukoplakia regression,pain score,HAMA scale score and quality of life score were higher in the study group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.56%,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group was 13.88%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 308nm excimer laser therapy apparatus and CO_(2)lattice laser therapy apparatus is more safe in the treatment of vitiligo,which can reduce the adverse reactions in the treatment process of patients.
